 Betalingsservice is a direct debit payment service for initiation of collections of payments.

Right to access will give you:
CPR number, name, address, account information, information on what creditors you have given Betalingsservice mandate to, your customer number with the creditor and the Betalingsservice mandate number. 

You could also find that information in your online bank or the Betalingsservice App.

If you have a constructed cpr.no. for a joint bank account, you can only get data about that account and Betalingsservice mandate from your bank. Only the bank knows the connection between the constructed number. and the real cpr.no.

If you have a request regarding your bank account, e.g. change of account number or address, you should contact your bank. If you have a request regarding your mandate, you should contact the creditor.

Betalingsservice App is an app that adds extra services to Betalingsservice.

Right to access will give you: Name, address, customer number, CPR number, card information, information about card transactions, ie. amount, payment date, receiver and free text connected to payment.

You can find information about your Betalingsservice mandates and transactions in your online bank and the Betalingsservice App.

You can change your card information in the app. If you want to change account for recurrent payments, you should contact your bank. You should contact the creditor, if you want to change the mandate.

Leverandørservice is a direct debit service payment service for business to business initiation of collections of payments

Right to access will give you:
One-man-companies: Creditor name, legal form, address, bank account, contact information on contact person (name, phone and email), CVR number.

Limited Companies: Contact information on contact person (name, phone and email).

Please note, that we only have contact information, if you have a Key Account relation in Mastercard payment services.

​Overførselsservice is a payment service whereby Mastercard payment services creates a book keeping instruction based on payment data received from the payer. Normally the payer is an employer and the payment is salary.

Right to access will give you: To find personal data about you in Overførselsservice, we would need you to inform us, what employer has sent the information to us. If the payment is not sent to NemKonto, you would also have to inform us about your reg. and account number.

When we have the additional information from you, we could inform you about payment dates and amounts. However, we do not have information about whether the transaction was approved for completion by the payer's bank. For that information you would have to look into information about transactions on your account via your bank.

If you want to change, what account the payment goes to, you should contact your employer.

Informationsservice is a service that transfers information connected to payment transactions in Overførselsservice to parties who receive money in connection with salary, e.g. tax authorities and pension funds.

Right to access will give you: If you request for access to personal data, we would need you to inform us about, what employer has sent the data and for what information collectors. We could then inform you about CPR number, name, address (if received) and other information relating to the payment sent to eg. tax authorities and pension funds. 

Please note, that your employer reports the information on behalf of you as an employee in connection with administration of your salary.

If you want to change information regarding eg. tax or pension, you should contact the tax authorities or pension fund regarding the possibilities.
